About "Silhouette Photography BNW Forum Romanum Rome Italy"

About the artwork

This one starts with the trees — tall, sculptural, and confidently spaced, they pull your eye upward before anything else does. Their umbrella-like canopies stretch wide, filtering the light and casting soft shadows on the ground below. To the right, the worn remains of an ancient column rise from the ruins, a vertical echo of the trees themselves. It’s a subtle visual rhythm: natural growth mirrored by centuries-old stone. The textures here do a lot of the work — the rough bark, the broken brick, the clean geometry of the paved path. A single person walks through the frame, bringing a sense of scale and pace to the otherwise still composition. The contrast between her light coat and the shadows behind her makes her stand out without overpowering the scene. Everything feels balanced, but not arranged — just a quiet moment in a historic place where time, trees, and stone coexist without needing to explain themselves. Rome breathing slowly, with light on its shoulders.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
