Scheveningen pier during the blue hour. A shot taken with a long shutter speed, fading away any textures in the sky and the water, as such creating an even calmer and almost dreamlike image. It is also a good way, especially at rising tide like here, to fade out the footsteps of the beach from the beachgoers earlier that day and also to get something of a reflection in the water despite the waves.
