About the artwork

irtual Art of High-speed water drop photography. A winter activity that I have enjoyed practising for several years alongside Nature and landscape photography. I am then always surprised by the possibilities of settings and the results.
A setup I built myself in a small room in our house where I spend a lot of hours.
The preparation requires as much attention as arriving at a beautiful result. Mix water to viscosity then mix with acrylic paint in the desired amount and colour. Then set up and light the lighting or flash units. Using a controller and IR remote control, magnetic valves, flash units and camera are controlled. Drop height, drop size, quantity of drops, speed and many more possibilities make it sometimes exceptionally exciting or disappointing if you take 600 photos during a session and none of them is the one you expected.
In short, patience, time, technical insight and a lot of doing.
I taught myself by reading a lot about it and trying it out.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
