I took this photo on the Elspeeter heathland, this heathland light in the municipality of Nunspeet on the Veluwe. As you can see, the heather was blooming beautifully purple when I took this photo. Unfortunately, there is also a lot of grass between the heather bushes. In the background, you can still see Scots pines. I chose to use a lower viewpoint, further I chose to keep this photo 2 by 3 ratio. When I took this photo, it was beautiful summer weather.
