About ‘Porcelain woman, IRISA’ by VIRGINIE COLOMBANI

Digital art and AI photography, a fusion of the human and the pictorial.
Portrait of a young woman with a piercing, distant gaze, almost hypnotic in its intensity, and icy blue eyes. She is covered in broken porcelain and peeling paint. The collar and richly decorated outfit prolong the impression of a precious object, inspired by a vase or a work of refined craftsmanship. The patterns painted on the fabric and the surface of the skin seem to merge, blurring the boundaries between the human and the art object.
The images explore themes of beauty, fragility and transformation. Porcelain, although beautiful and precious, is a material known for its delicacy and susceptibility to breakage.
This work draws its inspiration both from fashion photography and from the aesthetics of Chinese or European porcelain, particularly in the use of deep blues contrasted by immaculate white, a colour palette emblematic of these ceramics.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
