About ‘Pencil drawing in black and white of alium after blossoming’ by Catharina Mastenbroek
Pencil drawing in black and white. Bulbs of the alium in bloom against a dark background. The ornamental onion is a beautiful garden plant when it blooms but when it is out of flower it is also a beautiful plant. The lightness and the fluffy impression in the drawing contrast nicely with the black background.
