About the artwork

The picture shows a large number of flowering pansies (Viola ×wittrockiana) in a garden bed. The foreground is dominated by yellow and blue flowers with the high-contrast markings typical of this species. The inspiration for this work was the variety and expressiveness of the pansies, which have a strong visual presence despite their small size. I found the individual patterns of each flower particularly fascinating - almost like little faces that are different from each other and yet create a harmonious overall picture.

With this picture, I wanted to create an atmosphere that oscillates between playfulness and order. It is about diversity in detail, about the interplay of colour, form and structure. The message lies in the appreciation of the unmistakable in the everyday.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
