About "Majestic panorama of the crests of Kawah Ijen"

About the artwork

This image captures one of the grandiose landscapes visible at altitude around Kawah Ijen, on the island of Java in Indonesia. In the foreground, the volcanic terrain appears barren and uneven: ochre earth, twisted roots and a few fire-burnt stems, evidence of past fires, can be made out. Despite these scorch marks, low, dense vegetation persists, clinging to the rocks and spreading gently down the slopes. It adds a touch of bright green that contrasts subtly with the parched ground. On the horizon, the terrain is divided into several levels: hills, ridges and volcanic domes, covered by sparse forests. A small sheet of mist floats just above a secondary summit, creating a mysterious atmosphere. Finally, the sky occupies a large part of the composition; it is vast, light blue, dotted with white clouds of varying shapes, as if suspended above the immensity of the high altitude landscape. The whole evokes the brute force of the volcano, but also the resilience of nature, which continues to be reborn after the burns and sulphurous fumes.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
