The ensemble of buildings is one of the most significant Romanesque complexes in Germany. Today, the buildings are used as a municipal art museum and concert hall. The photo captures a very special moment in the city of Magdeburg: Shortly after sunset, the historic Unser Lieben Frauen Convent is bathed in a soft, warm light that perfectly showcases the impressive architecture of the Romanesque building.
