About ‘Lighthouse at Burgh-Haamstede’ by Sander Poppe

The vast dunes near Burgh-Haamstede, located on the beautiful island of Schouwen-Duiveland in Zeeland, offer a unique piece of Dutch nature where peace, space and vistas come together. From the high row of dunes, you have an impressive view over a sea of green, in which Burgh-Haamstede's iconic lighthouse stands proudly above it all. The striking, red-and-white tower is visible from a great distance and acts as a landmark for both hikers and cyclists coming to explore the dunes.

In the foreground of the dune landscape is a weathered tree stump, as it were, leading the eye to the lighthouse and giving depth to the panorama. Everywhere you look, Zeeland's nature grows and blooms in all its glory; sea buckthorn, beach grass and wild bushes create a vibrant colour palette that looks different every season. What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
