The collegiate church of Wechselburg Abbey in Saxony is a late Romanesque basilica and one of the best-preserved large Romanesque buildings east of the Saale. The rood screen in this church is one of the most outstanding examples of German art from the 13th century.
I was fascinated by the flattering, caressing light in this building, which is why I captured it in a photo.
