For a long time, I have been interested in the work of Pieter Mondrian. I find his work with tessellation and only primary colours particularly fascinating.
Some time ago, I experimented with digital painting in his style on nudes. That was fun, but not to last.
After a somewhat long search, new ideas arose, inspired by his work.
Also shapes and tessellation, slightly different, but with 3 primary colours and white.
The start is making the lines, in this case the planes. Sometimes this is done quickly, but with other works it is a matter of continuing to scrape and tinker.
Photographer, image editor, digital artist is the way I have gone.
My current digital work is a mixture of Naïve art and Expressionism. Working with nudes, I digitally edit these photos into new creations.
