In Inner Transitions, a shamanic figure appears with two birds nestled inside its head, one with its eyes closed, the other open. Inside, coloured seeds glow as sources of consciousness, a multicoloured wreath of feathers extends outwards like an energy field. This work depicts the ability to simultaneously look inwards and outwards, to rest and awaken. A symbol of insight that grows when stillness and movement meet.
