In this painting, you mainly see the colours blue and pink, in motion.
If you look longer, you see shapes reminiscent of animals. I see some kind of fantasy animals myself. They seem to be stuck together. The blue tones give calmness, while the pinks and oranges make the painting lively. What do you see in it? Get carried away by the power of imagination.
Just as you look into the clouds. What do you see?
I started without a plan and let my feelings guide the work. While painting, I saw animals emerge in the colours and lines. It seemed like they were always already in the painting and all I had to do was discover them.
The painting gives a sense of cosiness and security. The colours blue and turquoise add calmness, while the pink and orange tones add warmth and cheerfulness. It feels like the animals could come alive at any moment.
With this work, I want to show that you can find something beautiful everywhere. By looking carefully and using your imagination, you will always discover new shapes and stories.
I created this painting by working intuitively, without a plan. I used my hands, a palette knife and sometimes spongy textures to create depth and movement. The layers of acrylic paint and small splashes make the painting lively and playful.
This painting immediately stands out for its powerful colours. The blue brings calm, while the pink and orange details energise the work. It is perfect for a space where creativity and inspiration are important. People who like animals, nature or abstract art will always discover something new in the shapes.
