This creation shows the in motion connection with ourselves, the earthly and the infinite universe. Our spiritual being in all its facets. Because of this, not tightly defined or what we think we see at first glance.
It is a sketch of myself, expressing my emotions made while grieving the unexpected death of a dear friend.
I was able to let my tears flow freely. Besides grief, I was also able to express the beautiful meaningful memories of him and the friendship.
It also calmed the confusion in my head caused by fear.
This work is a combination of painting and drawing in which I used various materials, especially metallic acrylic paint.
I thought about a few things, the rest of the expression came from emotions.
Besides expressing my feelings, which I can release more easily from there, I am grateful that in tangible form it was also allowed to bring something beautiful. Which is in line with the beautiful memories of this person I always carry in my heart.
This creation will certainly be appropriate in a spiritual environment where, alongside all the beautiful things in life, sadness is also allowed to be present and colourfully represented.
My creations are usually not standard, arising from intuition and through the technique I usually use. This also keeps it surprising and challenging for myself.
