Male fox photographed in the Amsterdam water supply dunes.
The male came right up to me, so I was able to get him in the picture nicely.
The foxes in this area are very used to people which makes them easier to photograph, provided you can find them!
They remain fantastic animals to photograph, especially when they come straight at you. What I personally like about this photo is the look of the fox, he is looking straight into my lens, at an appropriate distance.
Even though the foxes in this area are used to people, you still have to keep your distance, they are still wild animals! (Photo was taken with a telephoto lens at 420mm Micro43 converted to fullframe this is 840mm)
It always gives a good feeling when you come home with a nice photo, whether it is a fox like this one or a nice macro photo you always have that YES feeling!
It's been a while since I've been to this area for me, so it's about time for me to go back here again for another nice photo of a fox or a nice macro shot.
Enjoy my photos, I do too!
