I took this HDR photo in the Leuvenum forest near Harderwijk in the Veluwe. This HDR photo consists of 3 photos with different exposures. As you can see, it was beautiful spring weather when I took this photo, you can still see the blue sky through the treetops. The bridge you see was built a few weeks before the photo was taken because of the high water, where the bridge is, there used to be a dam. If you look more closely, you can see the spring green on the trees, although you can still see some brown leaves on the beeches. The stream what you see is the Leuvenumse beek, on the maps it is called the Hierdense beek. When I took the photos for this HDR, the water in the brook was quite high because of the rain that fell earlier in the week. To take the photos for this HDR photo, I put my camera on a tripod and also used a remote control. To get even more contrast in the photo, I also used a polarisation filter. I chose to take the photo standing so you can see the height of the trees.
