The picture "Hoch hinaus" was painted with acrylic colours. It shows a landscape with a forest coming into the foreground on the right-hand side. On the left-hand side are individual trees reaching high into the blue sky. The trees are reflected in one of the two puddles. I was inspired by the tall trees with their long trunks. The orange colour, which is repeated in the sky, makes the picture look warm and pleasant. It has strong colours that work together very harmoniously, as is the case in expressionist painting.
