About ‘Fiery Composition: Texture and Colour’ by Hans Kwaspen

This work shows a fascinating interaction between texture and colour. On the left, we see a dark, almost carbon-like texture with a pattern of squares that give a sense of depth and complexity. On the right, a fiery orange hue explodes, with brushstrokes suggesting energy and movement. The contrasts between the dark, textured left half and the vibrant, dynamic right half create a captivating visual tension.

As an abstract art photographer, I am always looking for the subtle details and hidden stories in artworks. This particular piece caught my attention because of the way it invites the viewer to think about the relationship between structure and chaos, order and energy. It is reminiscent of the work of artists such as Gerhard Richter, who is known for his abstract paintings that masterfully combine texture and colour. Mark Rothko's influence is also palpable, with his use of colour to convey emotion and depth.

By photographing this work, I hope to inspire the viewer to look beyond the surface and discover the underlying dynamics and emotions hidden in abstract art. It is an invitation to find the beauty in the unexpected and the unknown.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
