When we were traveling through South Africa in 2017 and toured the Kruger National Park, we stayed at a Rest Camp called Mopani. We sat at our bungalow enjoying the warmth, the sounds of the bush and we kept our eyes open for interesting little animals. Suddenly we saw that we were not the only ones enjoying the warmth. This male Rainbow Skink was doing exactly the same thing. He was not impressed by our presence and was warming up at his pace. Until the moment a small fly passed by and he rushed after it.
