About "Escape into the light from the breath of the storm"

About the artwork

The longtail boat cuts through the turquoise-coloured water like a fleeting thought, a wooden creature full of stories that strives unwaveringly towards its destination. The engine roars, the bow wave dances and spray sprays up like scattered emeralds in the light of a tropical sun. But behind this lively spectacle, a threatening darkness looms on the horizon: a heavy storm front towers over the outline of Koh Ngai, as if the sky itself is trying to take a deep breath.
The colours could hardly be more contrasting - in front the bright green of the Andaman Sea, warm and inviting, behind the almost black blue of the approaching wall of clouds, mysterious and powerful. The boat looks like a little adventurer, maintaining its own rhythm despite the storm. It is an image of movement and expectation, of lightness and excitement at the same time.
At this moment, the journey to the coast of Koh Ngai seems to mean more than just a trip to the beach. It becomes a poetic encounter with nature, a game between storm and standstill, between longing and destination. And so the longtail boat rushes on, as if carrying in the sound of its engine the melody of a land that finds its own, everlasting poetry between tropical sun and monsoon.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
