Marktstraße is a historically evolved part of Erfurt, characterised by trade, encounters and urban change. Especially at Christmas time, it becomes a place where tradition and the present meet.
My inspiration was to visualise this special mixture of movement, light and history. The aim was to create an authentic portrayal of the city in December - without exaggeration, but with an eye for atmosphere.
The image conveys a feeling of urban warmth and seasonal familiarity. It invites the viewer to engage with the small details of everyday life.
In an interior setting, this work brings a calm, atmospheric depth - ideal for rooms seeking a combination of city life and festive contemplation.
