About ‘Ecoprint of Spurgeon’ by Liesbeth Bulk

This composition is made with wild roadside plants. Spurge with roots and all and a few leaves of the soft wild geranium. All found near Crush on Nature's studio, along the quays, of the Rotterdam harbour. There I find a treasure trove of wild plants. But most also grow in the city! along the footpath, an unused corner, next to the lamppost. Sometimes you have to kneel down to discover the beauty. Our nature close at hand!
That is the mission of Crush on Nature: to show you the beauty of our wild plants. If you get an eye for that, you will find that the world is much richer than you thought. With a sensitive eye, there is so much to discover. This work shows you how beautiful weeds are.
Using ecoprinting, these plants are naturally printed on fabric. For contrast, I used bluewood pigment. This gives you a beautiful, watery print, almost like a watercolour.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
