The Finkenberg Church is without doubt a piece of the city's history! It was built in 1647 by the Lutheran followers on the Finkenberg. The consecration took place in 1650.
The picture was taken from the copper master's cemetery, which also reflects a piece of contemporary history and Stolberg's rise to become an industrial town: the gravestones of the copper master's graves date back to the 17th century and bear the names of all the leading copper master families of Stolberg.
