About the artwork

At first glance, it almost looks like fire—except it’s not burning, just glowing. This sky was saturated with an orange so deep it felt unreal, the kind of light that seems to change the temperature of the world around it. Thick clouds moved across the frame like rising smoke, their edges catching just enough of the last sun to highlight their shapes. There’s something about the contrast between the illuminated top layer and the shadows lurking beneath that creates a sense of weight and tension.

Instead of going wide or aiming for the horizon, this composition centers on the sky itself. No distractions, no foreground—just a towering mass of light and form suspended above. By framing it this way, the focus stays on the mood rather than the setting.

What drew me in was how the colors kept shifting from golden to rust within seconds. I stood there longer than I expected, just watching the sky change. It didn’t feel dramatic—it felt oddly calm, like a storm deciding not to arrive.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
