This photo, taken from the Carolafelsen, does not show the well-known view in the direction of the Schrammsteine, but it can never hurt to dare a look away from the known terrain. In the distance, the Zschirnsteine unfortunately disappear in front of the horizon line around the Hoher Schneeberg. But right in front of us, a row of cute rock gnomes marches through the picture. With all the great and funny names that there are in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, it is a bit surprising that you can not read about the Zwergenzipfelmützen on any map. :)
