Tips for use
  • Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
  • Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
  • Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.

Almost all visitors of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains get to know the small spa town Rathen. The reason are the nearby sights, which are unique in the region and in whole Germany. First of all, the Bastei, Felsenbühne (“rock stage”) Rathen and the Amselgrund.

From Königstein I set off to rediscover the beautiful Elbe Sandstone Mountains in new ways. This creates pictures of exciting landscapes and dreamlike nature. They are testimonies of numerous hiking tours somewhere between adventure and relaxation.
