Burning halogen light bulb with reflections of an underlying graphic with a honeycomb shape. The purple glow of the underlying light source provides an unexpected contrast to the usual warm-white hue one expects from an incandescent bulb.
Using a dimmer, the halogen lamp's filament lights up only very softly, with no bright and blown-out white tones. The wires soldered to the contacts, required to light the bulb without using a socket, are not visible from the visible side.
By briefly exposing the lamp's screw thread separately from above, this part contrasts nicely with the dark background.
