Broken
In this painting, the fragments of a broken being take shape in a silent struggle. The dislocated lines sketch out a body that is wavering, but in motion, stretched forward. The blue shadow that envelops it is not only a trace of past pain, it is also proof of resistance, of the stubborn strength that refuses the final fall.
Because even in the fracture, there remains a breath, a will to go on. Every gesture, every clumsy step becomes an affirmation of life. Here we read of the fragility of existence, but also of the power of survival: the irrepressible need to get up again, not to give in to the inner darkness.
The figure, wounded but standing, reminds us that light is at the end of the effort. In the crack, in the rift, hope sprouts. Broken is not the end: it is the echo of a rebirth in progress.
