This abstract painting, entitled Heat, is part of an exploration of life's contrasts. With its flat, bold colours - soothing blue, intense red, incandescent gold - the work confronts the viewer with the coexistence of opposites that punctuate our existence: serenity and tension, light and shadow, matter and evanescence. The vivid, grainy, almost volcanic textures seem to spring from the centre like raw energy, while the smooth, geometric areas create a kind of fragile balance. This visual tension invites us to meditate on our own inner dualities, on the forces that oppose and harmonise within us. Exhibited as part of a contemporary pictorial research project, SlowDad's work invites visitors to plunge into a universe where every contrast becomes a source of reflection and beauty.
