About the artwork

The picture shows two dark, hairy sheep with large horns, standing in an open field with a wooded background. The animals are male (rams).

The sheep on the left is larger and more forward in the composition. It has thick, curly horns extending close to its head. It stands straight forward and looks directly into the camera. The sheep on the right is slightly further back and stands more in profile. This animal too has large, graceful horns curling outwards. Its head is slightly tilted, and its eyes, which appear to have an orange-yellow hue, are clearly visible and focused on the viewer. Both sheep have thick, rough, black or very dark brown fur. The background consists of a dark green and densely vegetated forest.

Some lighter patches are visible between the trees. Between the two sheep is a wooden pole. The foreground is a field of short, light green grass. The lighting is muted and dark, giving the photo a somewhat mystical or melancholic atmosphere. The light seems to come from above, creating soft shadows. The focus is sharp on the sheep, while the background is slightly out of focus.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
