About the artwork

This image evokes memories of the tranquility and beauty of Swedish nature on Öland, and I hope to take you on an adventure with my story and photography.

On a radiant day on the picturesque Swedish island of Öland, my exploration was rewarded with a memorable encounter: an elegant Barn Swallow resting gracefully on a cord of rope, its vibrant orange head sharply contrasting against the lush, soft green background. Carefully manoeuvring to avoid disturbing the bird, I approached slowly, equipped with a powerful lens to capture a razor-sharp image even from a distance.

It was surprising to see how the swallow remained undisturbed, almost as if it was posing for the perfect picture. This unique closeness allowed me to capture the beautiful details of the swallow. The lush green background blurred due to the short distance, making the swallow truly the star of this image. The enchanting blend of orange and blue of the swallow is showcased beautifully.

This encounter was an unforgettable moment that embodied the tranquility and beauty of South Swedish nature. The powerful image of the swallow continues to remind me of the sense of peace Öland provided me.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
