As the last of the light of summer warms my face, I see the change in the color of the leaves. The year has gone to the middle of its life; in the third and penultimate stage. As I put on my sweater during this time of year, it seems the trees will shed theirs.

Autumn is a season of contrast and introspection. As the skies lose their color and the warmth of the sun and get replaced by a chill in the air, one might think of the end of things.

It is, however, a season for opportunity. For introspection and change – or, when feeling content, find solace in things just staying the same. Going along with the natural rhythm of the change of seasons.

I will rejoice in this autumnal delight. For I hope it’s a cure for my fall blues.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
