About "Asian woman portrait with kimono in shades of red"

About the artwork

This Asian woman's portrait was done as a digital watercolour in Adobe Fresco and created with a drawing tablet. The woman has her eyes closed; in the lee of that moment, shades of gold and red softly light up around her face. Large flowers bloom in her hair; the transparent layers and small gold accents give the scene a sense of opulence and stillness. The kimono falls loosely over her shoulders and captures nuances of red, pink and warm brown, making the colour palette feel rich yet calm.

The inspiration for this work lies in the tension between inner stillness and outer expression. The closed eyes refer to introspection and surrender; the exuberant flowers and golden light embody lust for life and blossoming. This creates a balance between vulnerability and strength, between serenity and radiance.

Through the digital watercolour technique, colours flow organically into each other, with soft edges, subtle texture and an almost ethereal glow. This portrait brings warmth and tranquillity to an interior and looks great in a modern living room, a minimalist bedroom, a Japandi setting or a work/yoga room where focus and serenity are important. At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
