Abstract kaleidoscopic work
Looks great in any interior, being hallway, living room, office, reception area, etc., due to its neutral, warm colours.
As always with fb-photography, this is a digital adaptation of one of your own photos and therefore a unique work. As there are no copies of this photo, no one can ever make this adaptation.
A kaleidoscope or kaleidoscope (an invention of Scottish physicist David Brewster) is a reflecting polygonal tube or tube that contains at one end a compartment with coloured beads or other colourful objects. This compartment is sealed on the inside with transparent material and on the outside with translucent material. The other end of the tube contains a viewing aperture. Two mirrors, usually at a 30-degree angle to each other, run at a faint angle to the axis of the tube along its entire length in the longitudinal direction. The end with the compartment is turned towards the light.
The user looks into it from one side and the light creates reflections in the mirrors via the other side. These reflections create what is perceived as a beautiful, symmetrical mandala-like pattern, which can then change by shaking the tube (compare colouring a fundamental domain of symmetry).
