I made this picture in the nature reserve Veluwemeerkust, it is a natura 2000 area between Harderwijk and Nunspeet. The stream in the picture is the Hierdenschebeek that flows out a little further in the Veluwemeer, the former Zuiderzee. In this area with mainly pastures live many meadow birds, geese and swans. Welcome to my shop. My name is Gerard de Zwaan and I was born in 1983 in the Veluwe town of Harderwijk where I grew up and still live. I started photography in 2013. My first camera was a Nikon D3200 which I still own and is now as a spare camera, currently I use a Nikon D7200.
