No, Sander has to disappoint you: he did not attend photography courses nor studied anything of a creative nature, but is a self-taught amateur photographer and is visually inclined.
Since a young age (ca. 2001/2002) Sander takes pictures of all kinds of subjects, both digital and on film, with a variety of equipment.
When taking a picture, he pays special attention to the composition. The exposure is chosen on the M position of the camera. You know; the M for Medium and not the P setting for Professional. Just kidding.
