About ‘the Green Sheep’ by Marja van den Hurk

Two green sheep in a landscape, a summer wide view across the farmlands.

This almost surreal scene was digitally composed from several vintage images. The landscape is a version adapted by me from the oil painting ‘The Cornell Farm’, created in 1848 by American painter Edward Hicks.
