About the artwork

On the wall in a quiet corner of the living room hung a picture of a beautiful pink flower, covered in shimmering drops of water. The flower exuded a serene beauty, its delicate petals covered in the morning's dew.

This picture had special meaning for the family. It had been taken in the garden of their childhood home, on one of those early mornings when the world was still shrouded in silence. The pink flower was one of their late grandmother's favourite flowers, and the photo brought to life memories of her and her love of nature.

Every time they looked at the photo, they felt the freshness of that morning and were flooded with warm memories of their grandmother. It reminded them that beloved persons always live on in our hearts, even if they are no longer with us physically.

The picture of the pink flower with water drops on the wall was not just a piece of decoration; it was a window to love, memories and the timeless beauty of family ties. It inspired them to cherish what is truly important in life and to honour nature and their loved ones.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
