This photograph, too, is directly inspired by what, as a painter, I would have chosen as the subject for one of my canvases. In fact, in spring, in my mountain region, mallow flowers abound, these wild flowers, so delicate, with their unique pink, deserve the most beautiful background!
In a way, a backdrop worthy of their beauty. Even if we have to admit that all colours coexist happily in nature, without ever offending the eye, as an artist I couldn't fail to consider the most beautiful background, the most harmonious, the most worthy of this pretty flower. In fact, I chose the pastel blue as I would have done with the first brushstrokes. I leave it up to the viewer to judge how the image looks, considering, if I had to, that the beauty that nature offers us free of charge contributes (or at least should!) to our happiness.
Note: the blue of the background is really the natural blue of the environment.
