The shadow that contrasts with the background image comes from the shadow cast by the surrounding trees. The beige halo enveloping the main subject comes from the grasses scorched by the summer heat. This photograph alone shows the extent to which the eye can capture details offered by nature that are absolutely SUBLIME!
