About the artwork

A vast beach stretches into an endless void, enveloped in a tantalising atmosphere of calm and dynamism. Early spring whispers in the air, fresh and crisp after a heavy rain. The sun breaks hesitantly through raging clouds, rising dramatically on the horizon. Heavy shades of grey are intersected by rays of light, touching the landscape like divine fingers, shimmering the wet sand.

The sea retreats, obeying the rhythm of the ebb. Waves roll forcefully across the beach, their foam heads glistening in the sun's rays, as if the sea itself is breathing. The wet sand reveals a temporary mirror, a perfect reflection of heaven and earth, pristine and serene.

At the centre of this theatrical scene is a lone seagull, seen from the back. Her feathers shine silver-grey, a silent witness to the storm that has just passed. Her reflection is like a shadow in the sand, blurred and mobile as the wind gently caresses her contours. She seems both part of the landscape and an observer of a larger story, caught in a moment of stillness between chaos and beauty.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
