About the artwork

The picture shows a bizarre and at the same time thought-provoking scene: a Dalmatian sits proudly in the centre, flanked by six cats, which surprisingly have the same white fur with black spots. The animals seem harmoniously united and pose like a family, with an almost human naturalness. At first glance, the depiction appears humorous, but a closer look reveals a deeper message.

The absurd harmony of this animal group serves as a mirror for our human society, in which differences often draw dividing lines. While nature has no problem allowing different species to coexist, we humans are constantly creating boundaries - not between animals and humans, but between skin colours, body shapes, beliefs, genders and identities.

The picture challenges us to question our own boundaries. Why is it often easier for us to imagine the impossible in nature - like Dalmatians and "Dalmatian cats" as a family - than overcoming social prejudices? This scene is a reminder that true unity comes when we overcome what divides us and celebrate what unites us.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
