Here you are looking at an old railway bridge in Rotterdam. The bridge is now nicknamed " De Hef" and has become a national monument, The bridge deck has been permanently raised and is no longer used as a bridge. It is an amazing structure and together with the Erasmus Bridge in this photo, it gives a nice contrast. Hence the choice of black and white now. This photo was taken with a prime lens from the quay of De Nieuwe Maas from a water taxi mooring.
