Wire portrait baby rabbit (cute realistic drawing natural soft colours) by Natalie Bruns

This thread portrait shows an endearing baby bunny with big eyes and erect ears. Its gentle expression and compact shape make it a heart-warming work. The many black threads subtly build up the rabbit, with variations in density suggesting a tactile coat texture. The eyes glisten softly, creating a lively and almost cuddly look.

The portrait exudes peace and tenderness, ideal for those who love nature, springtime feelings or charming animal portraits. Think of a nursery, reading corner or Scandinavian interior where softness and simplicity come together.

The portrait is composed of many loose black threads, which give the work a playful character. Together, they create a vivid image full of texture and movement. The subject shows subtle densities and the background of handmade paper gives the work a warm, natural base.

This work is part of my 'wire portraits' series of human and animal portraits, including endearing baby animals. To be found in my personal shop.

This series grew out of my love for materials with character and story. Handmade paper fascinates me. Every fibre, every irregularity is unique and depends on the origin of the paper. The thin black thread makes it fragile and in some places almost seems to merge into the paper itself. This combination, together with my passion for creating portraits of people and animals, ensures that I have worked on each artwork with great pleasure and dedication. Each portrait is carefully constructed using Artificial Intelligence, with an eye for detail and a deep sense of connection. A unique collaboration between human feeling and digital imagination.
