"Winter reflection: a mirrored hydrangea leaf" is a macro photo of a hydrangea leaf in an icy-feeling environment, with mainly white and grey tones. The hydrangea leaf seems to be looking at itself in the mirrored icy surface.
A tranquil winter still life, which in addition to the wintry white-grey colours of the surface, also has a very tiny bit of beige- taupe brown (In mainly the real hydrangea leaf).
A still life that feels wintry, because of the colours and the icy-feeling/looking surroundings. To get into the winter Christmas spirit already!
This work was created after a number of other works I made from hydrangea leaves, in which I now wanted to reflect only part of the hydrangea leaf, as a kind of see-through.
This work could hang beautifully as a wall decoration in the dining room, kitchen, bedroom or just above the sofa! (Also beautiful in business locations such as on the wall in a meeting room, office waiting room or practice room!)
