About ‘Wings of the Dawn (2)’ by Catharina Dijkman

I painted this picture inspired by a beautiful, peaceful moment when the sun was rising and the world was slowly waking up. Soft shades of cream, sand, peach and pale pink blend into one another, forming a vast landscape in which the sky and the horizon seem to merge.

On the distant horizon, small silhouettes are visible, bringing the vast landscape to life. They lend the work a sense of space, freedom and a quiet connection with nature.

The loose brushstrokes and soft colour transitions give the painting an air of tranquillity. It evokes the atmosphere of an early morning, when the light is just beginning to appear and everything still feels quiet and unspoilt.

The warm colours and open composition make this work a calming presence in any room. A unique painting that invites you to pause for a moment and enjoy the beauty of a new day. What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
