About ‘White water at Stuibenfall’ by Marcel Hechler

In the middle of a holiday in the Ötztal, I found myself standing by the Horlachbach, which plunges down into the valley over large boulders below the Stuibenfall. I had already passed the waterfall itself by then — this spot, just a few steps away, captivated me more.

The water lies like a veil over the dark, wet stones, and at the same time you can feel the force with which it pushes downwards. At the left edge of the picture stand a few pink willowherbs — small splashes of colour that you only spot on second glance.

For me, it is an image that is both loud and quiet. It fits where a sense of calm is welcome without the room feeling lifeless — a living room, bedroom or an entrance hall where a touch of the mountain summer should linger.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
