About ‘Shipwreck near Katse Veer’ by Sander Poppe
On a quiet morning by the Oosterschelde, I stood in the water at Katse Veer at high tide. That was precisely what made this photograph different. Many photos of this spot are taken at low tide, when the remains of the old ship are fully visible. That morning, I deliberately chose to do the opposite.
