When light becomes tangible - a sunrise between layers of colour, movement and meaning

by AidasignArt

The abstract and colourful sunrise shown here in panoramic format unfolds as a visual homage to light, colour and movement. An abstracted sun shines in the top left-hand corner of the picture - at once powerful and mysterious. Its rays, dynamically applied in impasto acrylic paint, stretch across the canvas in luminous paths and flow into a vibrant spectrum: a rainbow that carries not only colour but also emotion.

In the lower foreground, an imaginative, massive mountain range rises up - traversed by the colours of the rainbow. It forms the earthly counterweight to the energetic radiance of the sun and opens up space for individual associations - a place between reality and imagination.

The relief-like application of colour lends the work a sculptural presence. The light not only appears painted, but can almost be experienced physically. The structured surface captures it, refracts it like a prism and thus creates a fascinating depth and movement. The result is a sensual dynamic that draws the eye into a spherical world - a world in which nature, light and emotion are inextricably interwoven.

The sun, a symbol of origin and vitality, appears embedded in a pulsating circle of colour that both penetrates and envelops it. The rainbow - as a symbol of hope, change and connection - becomes the supporting element of an imaginary landscape in which viewers can lose themselves, find themselves again or relocate themselves.

This work invites us to experience colour as a sensation, to understand light as an inner language - and to discover painting as a living bridge to the depths of human perception.
